All the atoms in the universe contain small universes within them. An Existence Atom is a recursive atom that contains the current universe. They're highly sought after since they can in effect change the past, present, or future (depending on when the atom is displaying the universe in relation to the observers who found that atom). Fighting over these leads to The Woe and ultimately the End of Existence.
