A Spell Cartridges reader. Used for casting spells quickly without need for a magic user to use a scroll. They were typically powered by Mana Cores. Their original use was to arm War Golems but as the knowledge of their construction spread they found other uses. It started to become common for buildings to be equipped with Spell Ports for different functionality like fast travel or automated intruder detection. Some Spell Ports, such as with the Spaderazor War Golem, could cast Spell Cartridges or let spellcasters directly cast into the Spell Port to have the spell redirected to the outside.
