A type of Reality Disorder, caused by exposure to corrupted Contained AI Environments.
When the interaction between an uploaded consciousness and a Contained AI Environment is overwhelming or damaging enough, it can cause the consciousness to break. The most common form this takes is CAIE Coma, where the consciousness becomes unresponsive to outside stimuli. When it is brought back into the body it stays locked inside itself. It is possible to recover from CAIE Coma but those cases would usually still result in high level Reality Rejection.
Could be caused by physical damage when earlier models of CAIE Interfaces would incorrectly bring the consciousness out of the Contained AI Environment.
