The series of schools opened by Chef Sibzab who use the Culinendium of Sibzabbery as their primary teaching material. While it is a religious school they focus almost entirely on the recipes and cooking techniques. The actual worship is typically done privately by Server of Sibzab members. Because of this the Academy will accept anyone including non followers, though special tuition rates and some exclusive courses are offered to Server of Sibzab.

It is not only considered the best Cheffery school in the galaxy (and intergalactic), but it is one of the only ones. Such a huge majority of food is mass produced that the proportional number of people learning to cook is quite small. So the Astral Appetite Academy had a near universal monopoly on their niche. This is further perpetuated by how extensively Server of Sibzab members upkeep the Culinendium of Sibzabbery. This creates such a massive amount of recipes and techniques in one location that the barrier to entry for other schools to compete is generally much too high.

In general the Academy is producing students who will eventually work privately for Higher Wealths. Some members will go into running their own restaurants but even then they're still largely catered to Higher Wealths. There is a near exclusive focus on large cooking teams with strict hierarchies. They're being taught to work like cogs in an incredibly efficient machine. Producing quality above all else in a timeframe that satisfies Higher Wealths, who famously have no chill when it comes to things taking too long.
