The first planet that humans seriously attempted to terraform. Grarlt Vlolv designed the multigenerational plan which later became the basis for the Standards of Terraforming. The initial process was heavily funded directly by the General Galactic. In particular they commissioned Froog Brothers to supply and repair a fleet dedicated to working on terraforming Blurvp. The General Galactic mostly did this to solidify their popularity after the Intelligence Wars by adding jobs and money into the economy.
Blurvp's attempt at being terraformed was largely considered a failure and the vision for the project was scrapped. However it was repurposed as a testing ground for different types of terraforming and geoengineering where it saw great success. The areas with stable habitats housed terraforming scientists and never saw adoption by the general public.
