Vibre is often considered to be the first World Mind and was the galactic capitol for Planetists. There was some debate over whether it was a true World Mind. The technology and philosophies that emerged from it were undeniably instrumental in the creation of true and confirmed World Minds however.
The Planetist movement thrived on Vibre. Their religious institutions and government buildings all headquartered there. In many ways it was considered second only to the General Galactic's capitol institutions.
The planet moved in many ways. The people were known for being relentlessly busy. They felt strongly about doing their part in a perceived World Mind. The structures themselves would grow and move autonomously. A nest of autonomously growing pipes and wires spread underneath nearly the entire surface, becoming known as Vibrelium.
Despite Planetists so often being kept at a distance, many groups would visit Vibre. The technology coming out of there was advanced. Outsiders would sometimes spend their entire lives trying to study the infrastructure and bring back what they could to their own worlds. It was often referred to as an alien world by outsiders due to the stark cultural and technological differences.
