Like many Higher Wealths, Dr. Sir Ipk Upk keeps their business secret from the lower classes. Unlike most of them though, they are near impossible to find info on (most prefer to hide behind a public appearances front). Dr. Sir Ipk Upk feels it is important to how they do business to stay unnamed. They're able to maintain this through a team of internet scrubbing specialists as well as having to real businesses in their name.
Dr. Sir Ipk Upk won't usually call someone out on not using their full name but will express immense dissatisfaction. They also make it a point to be on location for jobs and spend most of their time traveling between solar systems. As they travel between solar system they set up jobs both at the destination and along the way. Dr. Sir Ipk Upk will obsess over job plans along the way and has a talent for well defined plans with backup plans. They have a tendency to make either immediate or rapidly accelerating plans, giving them some renown for being efficient and brutal.
Dr. Sir Ipk Upk defines their freelance work as any job that will increase the assets, physical or otherwise, of a company. This includes developing trade agreements, mergers, and hostile takeovers both with economic and military tactics. They always provide their services with failure insurance (if they fail a job then they pay out an equal value to what they would have acquired for the company that hired them). Between that and their very high success rate they are an in demand commodity for many powerful entities.
