Little is known about the inner workings of the Cloud. They're a group of spies who have their little spy hands in nearly every organization in the galaxy. It isn't uncommon for people to not only know that there is a Cloud member in their group but to also know who it is. People usually don't try to stop them for two reasons: The first is that the Cloud will always find a way back into your group so you might as well know who it is and the second is that for the right price they will tell you anything about anyone.
